Title: Web Based Gym Management System for Everest Fitness Center

Abstract: Abstract Nowadays, People go to the gym to maintain and enhance their physical health and fitness. It also offers mental health benefits and a healthier lifestyle. Therefore, gym industry has moved forward a part of the human trends specially, among teenagers. Also, by now, most of the ladies join fitness classes (Zumba/yoga). For that purpose, people find gyms to fulfill their hopes. So, the gym industry is relying on their gym members and students with their satisfaction. Hence, the gym should maintain a proper way to manage their working flow. Web based gym management system covers the member management, student management, workout schedules management, fitness management, package management and reports generation. The proposed management system is developed using PHP server-side programming language and MYSQL database language. AJAX, bootstrap and CSS are used for front end development. Apache NetBeans is used as IDE and XAMPP is used to run the project. Designing requirements are facilitated by Draw.io and Dia diagram. Considering the requirements and scope of the system, iterative waterfall model is selected as the software development process model. Various kind of fact-finding techniques have used to identify client’s requirements clearly. Use cases, activity diagrams and ER diagrams depict the work flow of the system in the design stage and testing was conducted at the end of each stage. The system has been successfully implemented, receiving positive feedback from the client. It effectively streamlines gym management operations, improving efficiency and user experience. Currently, the system is fully operational and actively being used to manage gym activities, demonstrating its effectiveness in meeting client needs
