Abstract

At present data has become one of the most valuable assets of all associations, because it is unique in its detail and context and can be used strategically to ensure they remain relevant and viable. Apparently, we are living in a data economy and every business activity creates a digital trace. The growing importance of data has started to change the nature of competition in the business world. Businesses are pressured to carry information in their fingertips for their survival. Patch Master facilitates businesses to define and store their data retrieval and manipulation requirements and formulate, save and execute Structured Query Language (SQL) commands to fulfill their informational need whenever required. Structured Query Language (SQL) is the standard computer language for storing, manipulating and retrieving data stored in a Relational Database (tutorialspoint, 2021). With the use of SQL commands or queries any business data can be retrieved in any format and manipulated as per the need. Patch Master enables non-experts of SQL to formulate and execute SQL commands with pre-approvals and audit trails for manipulations. The objective is to enable a business to satisfy their repetitive and non-repetitive informational needs with ease and security, in order to enhance their performance and profitability.
