Title: Web Based Call Traffic Optimization and Base Station Management System

Abstract: The proposed Call Traffic Optimization system is a well functioning and fully automated system which will identify and indicate the congested base stations to take the necessary action. This Artificial Intelligence decision support system will help to do the research and development in CDMA base station congestion because of its ability to define and redefine the rules to identify base station congestion by the user. At the same time when a new base station is proposed to be constructed, the Base Station Management System will coordinate and involve all the departments for its work flow and improve the efficiency effectiveness by giving transparency between departments. The proposed application menu should cater for wide expansion of the application. The menu should be a explore view and the Hierarchy of the modules should be able to define or redefine in the system by the system administrator according to the user requirement.
