Employees get the chance of viewing presentation slides to get the knowledge widen irrespective of the time, location and participation. Since this system can be implemented on the existing network infrastructure, project could be maintained at a minimal cost. ASP language is used in development and no other server is required as the system is running on IIS. HTML is used to design the GUI and Java scripts and VB scripts are used for validation routines while data base is in SQL. For the evaluation purpose a questionnaire was prepared and distributed among the target users in order to get their feed back. Feed back obtained was also useful to do the enhancements to the system.
