The costs of time and money involved in the current paper based administration process is ever increasing while the efficiency of processing paper based information is decreasing due to the high volume of data to be processed.

It is intended to develop a web-based solution for order tracking and extend it with a secured section for Management Information System for the top management according to the needs of future planning and development.

The system will automate manual functions such as line allocation, a most important function, as well as visualizing current situation of production, packing and availability of production lines etc. Upon the proposed automation, The heads of the departments can discuss any variation and shorts out problems currently experiencing on the shipping date. Further the system will reduce the paper work, involved in as well as the transmission of faxes and email messages.
