The staff where they can store and retrieve remittance information and other information related to exchange house transaction processing and banking. They can also access the Tracers information which sent by Saudi American Bank, Process, Operations and Definitions at their day to day activities. This exchange house application will provide inquiry handling facility for WSC staff to handle the beneficiary telephone inquires all about past and resent remittances, beneficiary and remitter information. The proposed solution will help the staff of WSC to increase the efficiency of remittances processing and the service provided. These two goals are achieved by providing a single point of access, a user friendly interface, fast access to information, 24 hours availability of information, no redundancy or ambiguity in information, reduced overheads associated with multiple user identifiers and improved information security.

After identifying the need of an Exchange house application, I selected a random sample from all three categories of staff and did preliminary interviews with them. Based on the findings from interviews, I prepared a model indicating the functionalities of the system and met few more staff members and verified our findings from the preliminary interviews. And also we looked at many staff Exchange house applications used in other banks and find out the most popular functions in them. Based on the feedback from second round of interviews and our findings from other staff web portals, I finalized the requirements. Based on the finalized requirements, I identified the use cases and the actors involved in each use case.
