Enterprise System to Facilitate Operations and Long Term Decision Making of Contourline (Pvt) Ltd.

Abstract

Contourline (Pvt) Ltd is one of the largest apparel manufacturing units of MAS Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. It is indeed in a need of a software for their decision making process and to support the daily activities carried out by individuals. The proposed new system must mainly support to automate the report generation process and the decision making process. The new system provides facilities to generate delivery schedule, Performance to plan report, Stability report, update data fields and so on and so forth. The system supports in creating new user accounts, editing accounts, maintaining accounts and creating login rights based on the user levels. By using the system, management can monitor performance on several processes which would support to make decisions. The proposed system supports to maintain the data in a central database which can be accessed simultaneously and to derive information easily rather than getting data from several individuals and consolidating in order to prepare reports.
