Abstract: The purpose of this project is to implement an application which capture physical location of a device or person remotely, and display its current location information through digital interface. As device, Android enabled GPS mobile devices been chosen with Google maps to represent location graphically in server side. App has to be installing on Android device and when it is in ON mode, it will keep on sending data through GPRS, the web server receives the information and it directs those to the Database/Server application. Finally the system allows a user to view the present and the past positions recorded of a target object on Google Map through the internet. Location wise alert can configure by administrative users remotely and when device uses reach to those locations, the alerts will automatically trigger to the device. The application can allows to monitory user/device movement of active users, historical information regards to movements and differentiates online/offline devices
