Properly developed Health Management system has significantly reduced the cost of absence, by improving the status of health and wellbeing of a workforce. Good Health system consists of all Health reports having the patients’ profiles, maintain history, maintain reports etc... Further to handle all the patients’ inquiries, activities and inquiries in a methodological method and to provide the best service while having a reliable system. Make sure that all the inquiries are attended in a timely manner. Reporting leads to analysis the situations and to identify the resources needed and allocate adequately. The checkups are kept in patients profiles provide an all the historical information all in one form will help the doctors to diagnose the symptoms and illnesses. Also it will be useful to the patient that all his/her past records will be stored in the hospital and he/she can request them as and when required but not worry of keeping them at home and brining them to the doctor when they are visiting the hospital. It is just a matter of only taking a printout from the hospital . It would be very much useful if any organization can use a system to handle Complaint/Inquiry/ Inquiry in the frontline or call centres thus serving the client becomes very fast and convenient.

Some of them built by freelance developers and others by product companies, but those may be with limited features or may be too much advanced for a small scale hospital, or may be costly.
