Abstract

Resource planning is the most significant assignment of garment factories. Order management (order splitting and delivery dates agreements) is the main duty of marketing department of a garment factory. Production department designs ‘Machine line layouts’; allocates resources; Monitors flow.

This application is designed to get maximum usage of resources and forecast possibilities of achieving deadline as early as possible. The application contains order management, scheduling, resource planning and monitoring section. The application includes graphically representations. It makes easier and faster to scheduling and monitoring.

This application is developed for of Medium and small level Garment factories who are mostly effected by GSP+ issue and global economy crisis. Many practical issue in real world situations are considered for the design.
