Title: Jobshop: An Overseas Job Portal for Sri Lankans

Abstract: This project is considering the foreign employment sector to a solution through online using the latest technologies. The goal of this project is to bring all the recruiting agencies registered under Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) to a network and facilitate them to advertise their job vacancies through a centralized job portal and also provide a web based system to their application process. As well as provide the jobseekers a very convenient way to find a foreign job through any local agency. The project covers all the standard methodologies and this dissertation explains in detail that the steps taken to build this system successfully. This will provide more information on the problem domain, solution, objective, design, implementation, testing and evaluation of the system. The system implementation is fully completed with fulfilling the user requirements and which is working almost without any major issues. The process of the quality assurance has been passed and the system can be published and delivered to the customers.
