| dc.description.abstract | Abstract The Traveler Assistant Bot is a Telegram-integrated service platform designed to streamline service discovery, booking, and payment processing for travelers while providing efficient management tools for service providers and administrators. Traditional service booking methods often involve manual processes, limited accessibility, and security concerns, creating inefficiencies for both users and service providers. This project addresses these challenges by implementing an automated, real-time, and secure service booking system. The system leverages Spring Boot for backend processing, React.js for the Admin Panel, and Telegram Web Apps for user interaction. Authentication is managed through Telegram OAuth with JWT-based authentication for travelers and JWT-based authentication for administrators. Service providers can register and manage their offerings through a verification-based approval system, ensuring quality control. Payments are securely processed via PayHere, incorporating MD5 hashing for transaction integrity. Extensive unit, API, integration, and system testing validated the platform’s functionality, security, and performance, confirming that the system meets its intended objectives. The results demonstrate an efficient, scalable, and secure solution for service booking and management. Future enhancements include AI-powered service recommendations, multi-payment gateway integration, and native mobile application support to further improve user experience and scalability. This project successfully bridges the gap between travelers and service providers, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in service booking and management. | en_US |
