Abstract: This document introduces a full automated IT solution that has been created with the view of reducing the issues currently prevailing in job recruitment of supermarkets. This involves identifying the specific issues and its analysis based on which the system is introduced setting out its design, implementation and testing. The system introduced by this study is a Job Requirement System which is a platform that allows all candidates to apply through a webbased system (Public Website). The backend website will also accommodate several other HR processes including managing interviews, trainings, transfers, promotions, outlet allocation and the resigning process. A predefined set of jobs with the relevant qualifications for each of the jobs have been included in the system and hence once the applicant fills out the relevant details, the system automatically generates the list of jobs that such applicant is entitled to apply.
