Abstract: Workflow management is the coordination of tasks that make up the work an organization does. This mainly focus on the structure of work within some organization and how teams collaborate to complete this work. Workflow management system can replace manual, paper-based quality management systems that are inefficient and prone to error. An automated quality management system increases compliance whether an organization is obliged to regulatory. It can also capture, analyze, track, and document accidents that take place on an active job site according to compliance standards. Using mobile forms, supervisors can easily enter the relevant details of an incomplete task, which is then routed to related employee for rework and action. All activities in the site are tracked with name/data/time and available for reporting to discover trends and key areas of risk. The implemented system intends to perform as a workflow management system mainly focusing on document management and task monitoring. Developed solution mainly has three components; the web-based application for report template designing, the mobile application for report generation and notification system for notify user tasks. It is comprised of several different user levels. This system is used to produce, track, edit, store and manage documents and tasks associated with a business process. The system was implemented using prevailing technologies like .NET, Android Xamarin, SQL Server.
