Centralized Change Management Platform for Melstacorp PLC

Abstract

This document contains the details about a web application for change management and user management. Which also includes procedures that have been followed during the designing, implementation and testing process. This application specifically designed for Melstacorp PLC to centralize and acts as an all in one solution for different applications uses within the organization. With the new application all the change requests and user requests have to propagate within the workflow ensuring required approvals been obtained before migrate in to production environment. Process flow also ensure that each task will adhere to organizational policy and procedures. It helps management to overlook all the requests and assign responsibility for each request individually. The main purpose of this application is to integrate security, QoS, transparency, efficiency and accuracy into a change management and user management process. The application adopts global and organizational standards and best practices to enhance its efficiency. The application is designed to cater most of the organization requirements and streamline the process involved. The design is developed on the .net platform with the help of SQL server.
