Abstract: When it considers Software Development Life Cycle, It can’t forget about Software Quality assurance. Because it can’t deliver a quality product without a Proper Quality Assurance process, Problem was come across through Creative cohort (Pvt) Ltd, which is a startup software company. But this problem is not an organizational problem, but also a common problem for many software companies. Therefore the solution for this can be used to globally. In here, main encountered problem was the QA process issue of the Creative cohort (Pvt) Ltd. Currently their QA Engineers do those stuff using Excel sheets or Spreadsheets. Due to issues of this QA process, They had to face many practical issues such as misplacing test case documents, managing test cases for multiple projects, Remote logins, Issues of pair testing, Assigning user issues, Time consuming for test case updates and Test monitoring issues. The proposed system was inspired by popular Test management tools such as Testlink, TestRail and TestComplete. Throughout standalone and web based technologies, Web based technology is selected as the best option. Implementation was done using PHP and laravel framework. As implementation tools, phpMyAdmin, XAMPP and Visual studio code are used. Test case creation, Test case Execution, Defect Reporting, Task creation and Result creation were successfully completed using Web based Test case management system. After implementing this system, several rounds of tests were executed and there was not any critical or major issues. Evaluation is done after the rounds of test cycles and according to the evaluation feedback system fulfill the objectives of the project.
