Human resource management for institutions with large workforces is difficult to do manually. Although there are plenty of software products in the market, those are not suitable for small business organizations or may need substantial amount of money to obtain. The objective of this project is to provide a flexible, user-friendly, efficient and affordable computerized Human resource management (HRM) system. This will improve productivity and efficiency of staff. This system automates main aspects of human resource management systems. Those are attendance, payroll and reporting. Attendance module covers monitoring employee in and out records and calculating information required for reports and other modules. Payroll module calculates monthly earning based on their attendance, earnings and deductions. The reporting module provides important reports. The system is fully operating and has received favorable user feedback. Since open source, software has been used for system development, no licensing is required. System is capable to run on both Windows and Linux platforms. Hardware requirements needed are minimal. The system is ideal for business organization with limited investment capabilities.en_US
