Abstract: Nowadays, improving business processes is one of the main concerns of companies since it helps them to stay alive and reach their objectives. Although business process improvement could be addressed through several ways, Business Process Automation is one of the best solutions which span boundaries of an organization and provide significant business benefits for enterprises by containing costs, improving performance and efficiency. The main purpose of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view on how the Business process of Saloon Sharona has been automated by implementing a web site . Salon Sharona provides all the bridal needs and provides haircut service and now company needs to have an online directory of all the professional wedding solutions providers to make it easy for their customers to reach their all sort of wedding needs in no time easily. And to make Appointments online through web site for haircuts .And to provide the ability to modify or cancel the appointments. In order to develop this website numbers of technologies were used such as PHP, HTML, JavaScript, MySQL and CSS. Although the PHP, JavaScript and HML are more features full, the developer is more comfortable with PHP and HTML as he had previous experience and more interest on those web languages than other web development languages in coding those languages and also, Apache server 2.4.4 was used for the PHP coding support. The project was finished meeting the user expectations. User feedback was positive and they found the system easy to use and extremely helpful for both clients and customer .
