Abstract

Acknowledgement I would like to extend my great gratitude to BIT coordinators and staffs in (University of Colombo School of Computing) UCSC for their continuous efforts in providing us the great source of knowledge and practice in completing the project work and then eventually the degree. I thank the Project Coordinators for all guidance and assistance provided throughout the course of the project. My great appreciation goes to Mr. Hossam Al Masry, technical supervisor, for providing guidance and feedback in fulfilling project requirements. His timely review and advices have been excellent contributions in the completion of this project. I thank Mr. Seif Raghib Seif, HR Manager, for cordially cooperating in all stages of the project development. HR staffs’ courteous assistance in our interviews and observations also is greatly valued. Colleagues in our office cannot be forgotten. They were always willing to discuss and suggest the best avenues in fulfilling this time bound task.
