Abstract

In Australian commercial cities there is a rule and regulation for all the service providers and service suppliers, to inform the quality and status of the cleaning services. Inspection report generating system was developed for the purpose of measuring the quality of cleaning services that they provide to the companies. This is a solution to save the money, time and increase the quality of the service suppliers. This system give an online solution for it. The inspection report generating system is a web based solution, which satisfies the cleaning services in the companies. All the sending and receiving inspection reports of the customer and the service provider who is using this system can measure the quality that they providing for the selected company. There have to be a system related loggings to access the system. After log in to the system the selected templates have an options to fill and send to the service provider is that facilitated in this system via email. The inspection report generating system had been based client-sever architecture and using object oriented concepts. CodeIgniter frame work and twitter bootstrap, Twig used as development tool handing the database of the system is came out using the MySql.
