The most popular, widely used, a free open-source learning management system or e-Learning platform - Moodle (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) has chosen as the main learning content management environment. Distinct e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Smartbuilder, Xerte, Udutu, etc. have been used to develop more interactive lessons. Various audio/video/animation/graphic tools such as Audacity, Inkscape, Google Translate and more other freely available online tools were used to increase the interactivity of materials developed.
