Technologies are subjected to change, User requirements are subject to change, and nothing can be state as unchangeable in software development industry. This is why most of the companies are now following RAD, Agile development methodology in order to deliver the developed software by doing the iterations. Attune Global is one of the companies who follow this approach to deliver products to customers. One pain point that most of these software developments companies who follows these developments methods are having is the time taken on testing phases, since the product is delivered in iterations, in each iterations the testers has to make sure that the product has been developed effectively and efficiently. The testing team in Attune Global spends more time on testing then development time of the product. Conducting testing are time consuming. Because of it sometimes the product cannot be delivered on time, Software can be buggy, Major issues can be caught by the customers or the client and ultimately these issues were reflecting on company reputation, image on the clients and customers, and invoice and payment handlings. Since the testing is a tedious and a repetitive work, Most of the testers were also fed up with it, it was reducing their motivation on work and it was effecting their performance as well. Most of the companies who were in this situations has now moved from traditional testing to automate testing. Automated testing is, you use special tool or a software to automatically run the testing without any human intervention. And it speed up the testing phase, easier to conduct and find bugs, and easier to use as well. To solve any type of a problem there can be multiple solutions, it can be introducing a new job role in the organization, Introducing new processors in the organization, Re-engineering the existing processors, or re-engineering the existing work. So in order to make the testers life easier, and in order to make and produce better quality product, and speed up the testing phase of the development life cycle, the management decides to introduce a corporate training program on Test Automation to Quality assurance team. With the introduction of the training program the company is expecting to reduce the time spend on the testing phase in the development cycle, reducing the time spend on analyzing and finding the bugs in customer delivering products, specially to improve the employee satisfaction on their job and improve their job performance skills as well.
