Abstract: The Good Wood the Carpenters is developing construction company in Colombo area. Good Wood The carpenters supply several services to their customer with mainly engaged in design and construction work including Architectural Design ,Interior Design ,Civil Construction ,Carpenters and Landscape. Good Wood the Carpenter consist of several construction site and the entire operation handles manually. Each constructing site handled by a site supervisor .Each site supervisor is responsible for handling their activities and reports manually to the top management. This includes entering site data into a manual book or file without proper management. This is a tedious and sometime data can misplaced or confuse with several sites. This is a big problem and they get many issues from their site. This system design to cover the problem, of good wood the carpenters by facilitating to manage site and the office with collaborating employees and the customers. This project facilitate to prepare the bill of quantity (material request) and purchase order without delay. Client feedback management, construction site data management ,,client data management archive uploading?s are some of functionalities given by the developed system to overcome the manual problem system. Specially this system design by java server pages and servlet with using the object oriented techniques. With analyzing and designing using the Unified modeling language. Glassfish has been used as the web server and MySQL use as a data base server .in additionally this web base system is developed according to the Model, View, Controller Architecture.
