Client and Resource management System for Eagle Learners - Kuliyapitiya

Abstract

Eagle Learners is a leading driving school in Kuliyapitiya since many years facilitate driving license. All the office works are doing manually including keeping students personal and payment details, recording students examination and trial progress, vehicle maintaining details etc. Working manually has become a major problem with the increasing customer base as it is inefficient. Staff has to refer many miscellaneous documents to retrieve information about a single student especially regarding payments, examination and trial details. Goal of this project is replacing manual works of Eagle Learners by an automated system, Client and Resource management System (CRMS). With this system, it is possible to store all the client details, exam and trial details such as exam schedules and exam results as it can easily search details. And also system will handle details about vehicle registration, fuel details, and service and repair costs. User can view and print management reports according to the requirement. Hence this is developing as a stand-alone system Java used as the developing language and Netbeans used as the IDE. As the database Management System MySql was used. Jasper Report is using to generate reports in the system. With the Client and resource Management System, it is possible to handle information regarding students, exams, payments and vehicle details. Searching information regarding students and vehicles is easy and fast. It is easy to schedule exam and trial days and handle all the payment details.
