The company currently involves in a Netherland project based on maintaining some data system in 12 Primary Schools at Netherlands. Through the semi-automated system, the company manages school information including sending information such as news feeds, documentary files, images, etc. to the classes, teachers, parents or other who may have an interest. And also through this system a photo book is been created for each class which is apparently not an easy task because 25 30 such photo books have to be created within 2 3 weeks at the end of every year. The company presently uses MS word, MS Excel and Adobe Photoshop in this purpose. According to the new project proposal the entire system of the above project will be divided in to three sub sections which are school registration section, management section, and photo book creating Section with an online cart for buy those photo books. This project will cover all above requirements of those primary schools. System will be developed according to the three-tier architecture and also Object Oriented Techniques were appropriate. Unified Modelling Language will be used in the analysis and design stages of the project. Netbeans will be used as an IDE following technologies. PHP (Zendframwork), Javascript, CSS, HTML and MYSQL will be used to develop the system with the online environment. This dissertation illustrates all the work carried out during the each phase of the project. Each chapter will consist of required details in order to understand the project with figures, graphs and reports where applicable. Through the achievement of functional and non-functional objectives of the project, this system will provide a smooth functioning procedure with user friendly environment. I strongly believe that a better online application environment for all the stakeholders will be established with the progress of the planned work.
