Since STS into printing there are two types of employees namely Office Staff and Factory Staff. Each department has a department head and board of directors and all these are headed by a Chairman. The existing two systems namely Attendance and Payroll which causes lots of manual entries are handled by the HR administration. Hypertext Pre-Processor (PHP) which is server side scripting language has been used as the language to develop the system and to implement the database MySQL has been used. For the development environment net beans has been used. To overcome the existing problems and to manage human resource functionalities in an effectively and efficiently this web based system has been developed. Since the user acceptance test carried out with the client evaluation the overall output about this system is fulfilled with the requirements expected.
