Web Based Credit, Recovery & HR Management System For Lanka Nipun Investment Company

Abstract

As a well developing investment firm, Nipun investment (PVT) Ltd has decided to extend their services by expanding their office network with 300 staff and 5000 clients. At the moment they entirely depend on manual documentation and data recording for all kinds of transactions including customer database, credit amount & calculation of interest, loan recovery, maintains of annual budget and also employee details. This sudden influx of employees and credit customers caused certain unexpected problems and complications, such as inefficiency and time consuming. Then gradually it increased the work load of the employees. Therefore lots of unexpected errors have occurred. Employees have to spend more time to gather clients? information as the number of client increases. And also cost of stationery might be high as there are more documents to be used. And the entire ledgers are maintaining manually. To overcome above mentioned problems, the Web Based Credit, Recovery & HR Management System was proposed. The designing and development of the web application will be done by using open source technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP JavaScript, Jquery, AJAX and MySql . Hence the company decides to switch effective IT solution to solve their mentioned problems. The owner?s personal request motivated me to develop this project.
