In general, RAD approaches to software development put less emphasis on planning tasks and more emphasis on development. With the web based background, the tools and technologies which used to develop the system are NetBeans IDE 7.4, php, JAVA Scripts, wamp server(Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP), jQuery, Ajax, SQL Server, Spread sheet (Microsoft Excel), Word Processing (Microsoft Word) and Web Browser. Test Plans were created for testingthe system. Methodologieswhich used areBlack Box Testing and White Box Testing. Unit Testing and Integration Testing was done while development in progress. At the end of the development lifecycle, system testingwas completed. After introducing the system to the client, completed a User Acceptance Testing and User Evaluation.Over all testing results were better.
