Mostly, dealerships are owned by individual people and require constant monitoring on sales to ensure, dealers are aligned with company monthly sales target and company goals. Currently the company runs on a basic VBA based application to record sales and output is only an excel file. After this the data from excel needs to be analyzed separately. This requires additional man power and the organization will not have dynamic sales data to support decision at its finger tips. User acceptance testing was done to get the users view on the system The system is designed in a way that, Milco(Pvt)Ltd can start implementing with basic functions for dealers and slowly enhancing the system. Throughout the process, was around the shift from basic sales system to a more dynamic sales system, where involvement from the dealers is very crucial andare started realizing the benefits; which can be then turned into opportunity to enhance the system.
