Abstract: SYSDEK is an Information Technology Solutions provider specializing in web-based and mobile-based development, IT managed services and Business Intelligence and focusing on all aspects of Information Technology targeting Small, Medium and Enterprise markets. The company has utilized In-house and Freelance employees. Because of the inefficiencies of the current system, they need a computerized system to accurately record and monitor activities of the company. Therefore, an application system has been developed, which would support the core SYSDEK functions to carry out the business effectively and efficiently. Moreover, owners of the Company have been individually maintaining manual records and spreadsheets. The major problem in this system was the lack of coordination and centralized system to extract data as and when it was necessary. The administrative system and monitoring activities of the company were inadequate. Sensitive data were not safe and memory lapses occurred. The company information system lacked tracking system on expenses and cash flow. In developing the application system, Unified Modeling Languages (UML) for analysis and design stages has been used. Hypertext Pre-processor (PHP) which is an open source scripting language and scripts are executed on the server was used to build the system. Apache has been used as the web server, and MySQL is utilized to handle the database. Furthermore, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JQuery languages were used for the implementation of the system where structured methodology has been used for developing the SYSDEK application system. This project would oversee and evaluate performances of the employees helping to render a good service to the client and intends to generate various reports, including report tracking expenses made individually by the administrators to the company as administrator vise. In addition to that, notifications are generated to avoid unnecessary delays in finishing jobs undertaken, payment dues and any other important reminders.
