Accounting system for De Capital Communication Center Kurunegala

Abstract

The De Capital Communication Center is one of the biggest communication centers in Kurunegala city. They provide lots of entertainment materials and communication services to their customers that are usually provided by a typical communication center. They have a number of employees and they share profits according to their commitment. So there must be an accounting system to track down transactions. The previously used manual book keeping system is now replaced by this new and more efficient Accounting System . The new system provides better options to track their transactions with lots more other facilities such as account manager, management reports, useful widgets, debtors and creditors manager and cheque manager. Also unlike a manual system, they can easily find and change all records later, if they wished to. The system is developed using Object Oriented Programming concepts. Delphi Programing language and Delphi XE5 IDE used for programing. The database is implemented using Firebird Database engine. FastReports report generator used to generate reports. The system will reside in a single PC in the reception of the De Capital Communication Center.
