Location base taxi management system for Senadheera Taxi

Abstract

Senadheera taxi is a worthy taxi management in this state. At present most of the payment and traveling details and managing activities, have been done manually and according to the situation of current analysis. Senadheera Taxi faces difficulties when they managing month end salary. Therefore, with this project, I endeavor to improve and maintain the standards, quality and efficiency of the taxi management system The entire system divides in to three sub systems, mainly Vehicle management, Driver management, and updates vehicle current location in system and get latest vehicle location from system. Senadheera taxi provide vehicles for hiring but they currently used manual system for it and they had an idea to change this system to fully automated system. Senadheera taxi owner provide smart phones for every driver to update the system using smart phone, Smart phone has application to update the system. This application base on android platform and it proved feature to update the system. This project runs in php platform, I used a php framework to develop this project, and the framework that I used is Codeigniter. Since this project interface based on bootstrap /CSS framework, it helped help to build an accretive interface for the project.
