Abstract: SOS Children's Villages is an independent, non-governmental international development organization which has been working to meet the needs and protect the interests and rights of children since 1949. The childcare concept of SOS Children's Villages is alive in 132 countries and territories including Sri Lanka where our focus is on children without parental care and children of families in difficult circumstances. SOS Children's Villages of Sri Lanka is part of the umbrella organization SOS Children's Villages International. They handling every records manually to observe the development of the children through this traditional data handling method management facing problems such Data inaccuracy, Data Redundancy, Data Conflict and generating reports took time consuming. There for management hard to take decision regarding child development. The proposed Child Development Plan (CDP) System consist of children personal record, Educational Records, Medical Records , Carrier likeness Records, Picture Library , punctuality records , Bad manes, Bad Behavior ,Clean and much more. And also contain several Reports and Graphs .Through this Management could obtain individual assessment of every child of their abilities, weakness, likings, needs and failures. The Project was implemented using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 as Integrated Development Environment and Microsoft SQL Server as the Database Server, and Microsoft Report Viewer used to End of this project System will test according to the testing procedures to meet User Requirements.
