dc.description.abstractThe project management system of the Openarc Systems Management PVT ltd has been developed several years back in time using technologies available in the particular time. Since it s long built, now the system is fast becoming inefficient and effort consuming and more resource consuming. One of the major problems faced in the legacy system is, it is not that much user-friendly thus its time consuming process and complicated GUI. And Openarc facts shows that the usage of the current framework is reduced due to above mentioned circumstance. Main goal of the SkyProject was to deliver a more user-friendly project management system, which blisteringly reduce the user effort and time evolving with project management framework. And to encourage the employees of Openarc Systems Management PVT ltd using the project management framework hence management can easily manage projects and human resource. The system aided, in tasks such as storing project information, assigning tasks to project members, monitoring project status, monitoring individual performance and so on. The system is proposed to deliver necessary reports. Project was implemented using MyEclipse 8.6 as the main IDE and MySQL used as the database server. Coding was done by java with Hibernate, Spring and Struts as the supporting frameworks. In addition JQuery and Bootstrap 3.1.1 was used as JavaScript and CSS (responsive) frameworks respectively. Microsoft Visio used to draw UML diagrams.en_US
