Order Placing and Sales Monitoring System For Binary Alchemists

Abstract

Binary Alchemists is a company which is already providing Smocking items to their customers. When providing the services, there should be a proper mechanism to manage their day to day activities, which has been handled with inefficient paper work and time wasting process. So we can overcome this problem with the help of information technology. The Order placing and Sales Monitoring system is emerged to reduce the above mentioned problems, thus increasing the competency and efficiency of their work. This system has provided many facilities such as customer registration, item registration, item categorization ,order placing , sales monitoring, factory transaction monitoring and generate reports at right times etc. Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 was used in implementing the system in PHP language with the assistance of MySQL Database in the Windows environment and Adobe Photoshop CS5 also used in designing interfaces. Unified Modeling Language was used in the analysis and design stages of the project. Through accomplishing functional and non-functional objectives of the project, the system has given an effective functioning procedure with user friendly environment. Documentation provides clear explanation of the work followed during developing and also consists of brief introduction about all the sections that I have covered while developing this system.
