Abstract: Computer and technology has become the back born of modern society. Since computers operated in a wide range, such as a nuclear plant; where technology use extremely and, as well as in agricultural farm; where computer technology applied least level, people cannot imagine a world without computers. Though the company has good staff plus modern tools, it is still using the outdated log book system at the company. Because of these limitations company could not compete the modern market opportunities and gain the big market share among the competitors. Due to these limitations the company needs to establish a well-structured software system which fulfills their day to day work process. The major neediness of this development is serving a good service to the customer while make it fast the internal work flow and gain a maximum benefit to company among the competitors. Company has vast customer base because of the quality products, big range of goods for different economy levels, discounts features for seasons, customer satisfaction and company has good reputation among its customers for after sales services. When considering the development, the outcome of designing should deliver reliable, user friendly, accurate, system to the users and in future this will develop to use in a networked environment that will help to the users to get the maximum advantage of using real time software. The current stage of the dissertation and the project is at the stage of system development state. Javav1.6 is the major language used and the development platform is NetBeans 7.3.1IDE, and MY SQL v5.1 is the main database design tool used to develop the software. Except those major softwares, iReport v4.6 used to generate the various reports. The final outcome of the software met the company requirements after several testing processes at real environment. This will become a new experience for the employees and it makes them prepare for the modern information era.
