Abstract: George Steuart Health (Pvt) Ltd has been able to improve turnover substantially from year-to-year and has achieved a strong standing in the marketplace. The company markets over 117 pharmaceutical products in 175 recognized formulations, and over 15 other category products including Diagnostic, eye care and surgical devices. Pharmaceutical sales represent approximately 90% of the total turnover. Currently George Steuart Health and products adopting a manual process with full of documentation. As downsides, mainly adopting this manual process Delegates George Steuart Health taking higher lead time on creating various reports. Also, this will lead to frustrate delegates due to heavy manual documentation. The manager has a huge problem of managing documents from delegates. The distributor informs the progress or the target to the manager and he is responsible for informing the delegates over the telephone. With the suggested system, delegates can manage their product details, doctor lists, fuel expenses, other expenses and itineraries easily anywhere anytime. Also, delegates can generate their reports easily with a few clicks. The manager can view the current progress, current positions of delegates through the dashboard. The detail information is available in the system and also can convert them into hard copies quickly. The methodology used for the development of the system is Rational Unified Process (RUP) and it allowed the use of Object Oriented System Development employing Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system designing. The web based system was implemented using PHP as the server side language together with MySQL as the database server and Apache as the web server. Web application was developed by using HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery and Ajax language. Further, Navicat Premium and Netbeans IDE were aided for designing and development.
