Abstract

Win Life Holdings (pvt) Ltd was started as a soap distribution agency in 2005, and early 2009changed their business plans and started to produce their own soap products and distribute them to the market. At presenttheyhave few agency distributors and wide range of customers. At this Stage they have not usedany automated system, and everyone using manual system to do their processes. Company owner understand the difficulties of current manual system. Owner needs to decrease the errors and need more accuracy and efficiencyof their processes. All purchase orders and invoice records are store as paper bills. The implementedsystem mainly manages stock, purchase and sales, daily productions. The system is going to be developed to suite standalone environment. This solution also support for tracking order management, user privilege management, purchase and sales management, production management and more. Also data will be used for generate variety of reports such as monthly sales, credit bill report, stock report for top level management to achieve their business goals. Implemented system follows MVC architecture and foundation is C# language with object oriented techniques. Object oriented analysis and design was used for design phase as RUP was the process model that useforthissolution. This window based solution is developed using technologies such as C#, WPF, SQL Server, Entity Framework mainly.
