Abstract

Mamas Hotel is located in Galle city inside fort in a finest location of natural environment. It is a England owned treatment center. It takes different from other service provider hotels in Ayurveda when compared with unique treatment and physical health in an atmosphere of silence upheld. The staff added with nursing sisters and Ayurvedic physicians will personally look into the matters woes and ill health of the guest. Ayurvedic products are being produced hygienically. Meditation, yoga, special relaxation, anti-stress treatment are highlighted treatment packages. Staff Collaboration and Spa Management System made to solve the coordination of treatments among physician, therapists and clients. There are many treatment packages and coordination is difficult to doctor and as well as the therapists. At present most of the activities related therapies of Ayurvedic system have been done by manually in almost everywhere but manual system naturally has some drawbacks and disadvantages. Thus therapists are facing many difficulties when they are going to work together with each other. In addition office staff members also face some difficulties when they want to do their day to day activities. The whole system can be divided into three modules such as therapists coordinating system, administration system and the visitor?s information retrieval system. Moreover this project addresses some of the foremost activities of a co-ordination and administration system. System was implemented according to object oriented techniques mainly for designing and developing. PHP, MySQL, Apache combination was used for the server side development and for the client side, CSS and JavaScript have been used. The dissertation contains all the activities which were employed during the project and it includes related figures and graphs for further clearance. After completing this project system achieves functional and non-functional requirements of the client and also it ensures that the users are willing to use the system and work in a trust worthy environment.
