Abstract: New Royal Fitness Center has provided expert guidance and excellent service since 2000. New Royal Fitness Center is prescription for a healthy mind, body and soul. and helped many people to improve any aspect of physical life that they desire. put life back into their lifestyle with physical fitness training. Most people plan to exercise to get in shape but they frequently do not stick to it regularly and give it up. This is mostly because people do not have a proper goal defined and they do not have a correspondingly suitable exercise plan. If they work out an exercise plan, they find it difficult to fit it into their daily routines. New Royal Fitness Center currently perform their activates manually. the staff was feeling stress by the constantly growing workload. furthermore, this manual system waste a lot of paperwork cost and it also take large storage space to store all the records. The proposed system will aid in tasks from registration of members to the report generation for management. system will also automate process of generating workout schedule and their own personalized nutritional plan. and provide tools to track member progress. This solution is based on client server architecture and developed according to object oriented principals so it can be easily adapted for future changes. System is modeled using Unified Modeling language (UML) and PHP used to server side scripting. AJAX, JavaScript, CSS and XML are other technologies that are used in development. The Online Nutrition and Physical Fitness Coaching System has been intended to fulfill the user and system requirements. it will help management to supervise more members in less time, while offering even better services including using the system as a channel of advertising.
