Inventory Control and Billing System for Saralanka Agro Services

Abstract

Inventory Control and Billing System for SaraLanaka Agro Services development project report introduces the Inventory Control and Billing System of SaraLanka Agro Services. It is supposed toremove the difficulties of current manual administrative process of SaraLanka Agro Services. The main purpose of the system is to provide a capable, user friendly and services fast and quick system for the system users. The proposed system is developed using Object Oriented concept. Netbeans and Java is used for front end developments, MySQL as Database and Jasper Reports is used for report generation. This project tries to identify the needs of client by developing a system that can facilitate mainly add new products, edit and delete products, keep records of regular customers and suppliers, record purchases, update the stock, billing for products, cancel invoices and Customized Report Generation. It also eases the administrative work by facilitating to get a reliable decision through Management Reports. The proposed System will engage to afford a better environment for the system users and the administration of SaraLanka Agro Services.
