Abstract: Richard Pieris Rubber Products Limited the largest rubber manufacture and producer of rubber printing rollers in the Island. Also the company accepts the orders to renew the printing rollers too. They categorize the cost of their service by hardness of rubber, rubber diameter and length of spindle. The order accepting process and process of transaction except billing done manually. The important reports such as order summery report, budget details and production progress all done manually and it has its setbacks. Sometimes they were not reliable. Though the company has it a prominent place for its service it lacks of a proper production and transaction system to meet the customers needs on time. They face a lot of difficulties in handling this current system manually for their main customers Vijay News Paper, Imashi Pracashana, Maubima News Paper and etc. As a result of this, the administration faced many problems like data redundancy, data inaccuracy and delay in decision making due to unavailability of timely reports and information. The proposed System, addresses key issues at Richard Pieris Rubber Products Ltd by providing a mechanism to help management decisions and information of the specific order efficiently and accurately. This solution will help to produce budget details, tracing order progress and the cost accurately also will able to keep to the time. The system will give every necessary details about an order for the relevant authority. The System was developed according to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which supports Object Orientation concepts, and it was developed with using Net Beans IDE 8.0 and MySQL Server 5.0.22 as the database server. 5.2 CE was used to easily manipulate database MySQL Workbench. The Object Oriented methodologies were used as the coding language Java was used. Visual Paradigm was used to design diagrams.
