STUDIO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR HAN STUDIO

Abstract

With the development of new technologies Shan Studio become a leading studio in the area. But recently they are using a small computerized system only for numbering photographs and other works with manual system. They need a effective and enhance computerized system for give a quality service for their customers. This is a standalone system which provide the functionalities of manage customer details , manage order details, manage package details, manage scheduling, manage employee details, manage privileges, generate reporting and manage notification system for day to day transactions.This system will help to improve the higher efficiency in the processes in the studio. It will reduce the paper work and human effort .This system will provide secure and easy access with login privileges user friendly environment. This system was developed using object oriented concepts. Unified Modeling Language was used in analyzing and designingphases. As the programming language java was used and on NetBeans .MVC and Hibernate use as frameworks. This was developed using software development life cycle. This system will achieve user requirement and user friendly system environment to the client. This will improve the effectiveness of the Studio and help to reduce the time wasting. This system will help to manage their transactions easily and increase their productivity.
