INVENTORY HR AND PAYROLL SYSTEM FOR HAWARD FASHION (PVT) LTD

Abstract

Haward Fashion (Pvt) Ltd is manufacturing high quality garments for export market Haward is their own brand name. However their Inventory, HR Payroll processes are managed manually and only for HR Section having a system but not an efficient one. Due to rapid growth of the company, it?s finding difficult to manage each and every process accurately and even more difficult when integrating them. Owner of the company is interested to archive the maximum advantages over Cost, Labor, Overheads, work processes, Decision making, etc. by Computerization of existing work/Business processes to overcome difficulties when integrating them Into single web based system. The proposed System can be entered using a username and password. It?s accessible either by an authorized administrator or normal user. In this system everything is stored in database so very less amount of paper work is required. The interface is very user friendly and data are well protected for personal use and data Processing very fast. Furthermore the proposed system will fulfill the all functionalities & all will be integrated such as Order Entry and Order Processing, Raw Material Handling, Stock Maintenance & Control, Providing required operational & Management reports accordingly. The project was implemented using Adobe Dreamweaver as the IDE and MySQL server is used as the database server. Coding was done using the PHP programming language and the HTML, JS , Ajax and CSS. Cristal report was used for report generation. In addition, Edraw MAX was used to draw the UML diagrams shown in this dissertation.
