The system described in this report implements major functions of the organization such as customer registration handling, payment handling, branch management, vehicle management, class scheduling etc. One of the distinctive advantages of the system is generating monthly reports on above mentioned activities. The monthly reports represent about the company status and the management can observe continuously and make decisions on the company growth. The proposed system was analyzed and designed by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and client server architecture. System design was done by the help of WAMP sever as the web server, MySql as the database management system and Hypertext Pre Processor (PHP) as the sever side scripting language. NetBeans IDE was used for code editing purpose. Testing has been done by using black box testing and white box testing methods. At the end of the development the system delivered to the client and the staff was trained to use the system effectively.
