Title: An Enhanced Site for Luck Web Radio Station

Abstract: Luck Radio is a web radio station with 24 hours online radio streaming facility. Currently it has a very basic web site contains three static HTML pages and the web site owner is planning to extend its services with more features and facilities. As a result of a static web site, the web site owner and the maintenance staff is facing number of difficulties. Current web site does not have a proper database management system. The web site update and maintenance are critical because of highly coupled modules and the limitation of the web site activities are high because operational staff does not have HTML and programming knowledge. Proposed web application contains common basic functionality of an entertainment web application as well as introducing advanced features relevant to client past experiences and current trends in online web radio stations. Some of them are audio publications, video releasing, writer article publications, Hindi Zone, Sports Zone, Greeting Card section, Love Counter, Android Mobile Application etc. A user friendly administrator console has been developed for the maintenance of the web site and users have been able to enjoy the web site with several privilege levels with bundle of authorized activities like commenting, ranking and voting. The implementation of the web application has been done through Evolutionary Prototyping model and the system evolves by adding new features as they are proposed by the client and user feedbacks. The very basic components will be developed as the core web application and other external features will be added to the main web application through incremental process. The latest online radio streaming technologies have been used to develop online radio facility and suitable programming languages have been used to implement the web application. Through achieving functional and non-functional objectives of the project both client and user has been benefited. Client party has been able to explore many new opportunities with commercial advantage and the online users have been able to entertain online radio experience from all around the world.
