Currently most of suppliers are not easy to contact and also unable to get information about the companies which are located in long distance. The current manual procedures are quite time consuming and it is mainly affect to whole process of the business. The company expectation is to use an IT solution, which would deliver more information to customers and also effectively respond for customer inquiries. The IT system should address the following prime sections, such as customer registration, supplier registration, inquiry processing, order processing, respond to suppliers and day to day personal management tasks.? Web base approach is selected to develop the system, according to the object oriented principals by using Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Unified Modeling Language (UML), as development methodology and designing language respectively. PHP, CSS, Javascript is used to develop the main system, make user interfaces and client-side validation respectively and MySQL was used to handle all the database development. System should perform Functional and Non-functional requirements. When heading towards on these two challenges, system will be more user friendly. Accordingly I assure that this system will be able to create a very cost effective environment and ease of working/processes/procedures in the company.
