Abstract: Azeems is a small scale Abaya stores and garment factory which is popular one in Kandy area. Several kinds of products that related with Islamic ladies are manufactured in Azeems Abaya stores. Since last 10 years they developed their business step by step and widely spread their selling in Kandy area and they wish to sails quality products to their customer. Since that time they used manual system to accomplish their tasks of the factory, show room and office. It was hard to fulfill all the tasks and it cause to inefficiency of process, reduce performance of factory, inaccuracy of records and wastage of materials as well. In proposed system provides privileged users to perform their tasks. System can manage purchasing materials, dispatching materials and current stock of the materials. Managing customer order and manufactured products in on time can handle by system easily. In Report module generate management reports to make decision properly. The proposed system separately handles suppliers, customers and their accounts. RUP which is iterative software development process framework has been used to analysis and design the system. It helps to object oriented technology and iterative development as well. The Web based Inventory Control System was developing using PHP server side scripting language with PDO extension. The system run on Apache server which is most widely used open source web server. All records are stored in MySQL database. This combination ensures a high portability and supports each other well. This system is web based solutions; therefore it developing focused on Mozilla Firefox web browser latest versions which support HTML5 and CSS3. JavaScript client side language and JQuery framework used to enhancing user friendliness of system. Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 using as IDE for program the solution and in design stage used Software Ideas Modeler to design the UML diagrams of system.
