Abstract: When consider about the education system in a country, students, teachers and zonal education offices are the major contributions. At present most of the activities related with the education system have been done by manually in almost everywhere but manual system naturally has some drawbacks and disadvantages. Thus teachers are facing many difficulties when they are going to collaborate with each other. In addition education office staff members also face some difficulties when they want to do their day to day activities. The whole system can be divided into three major sub systems such as teacher s collaboration system, administration system and the visitor s information retrieval system. Moreover this project addresses some of the foremost activities of a collaboration and administration system. System was implemented according to object oriented techniques mainly for designing and developing. PHP, MySQL, Apache combination was used for the server side development and for the client side XHTML, CSS and JavaScript have been used. In order to get high efficiency level, system has employed the Ajax technologies. The dissertation contains all the activities which were employed during the project and it includes related figures and graphs for further clearance. After completing this project system achieves functional and non-functional requirements of the client and also it ensures that the users are willing to use the system and work in a trust worthy environment.
