Abstract: The main purpose of a Customer Relationship Management System is to enable users to handle connections with customer more efficiently and accurately. The lack of a proper mechanism which would cater to changing customer needs would result in a loss of service to the service organization. Triple-A is a growing management consultancy company looking to venture ahead into new markets. However, Triple-A currently facing a number of problems with its present manual based system such as an inefficient mode of communication between clients and Triple-A employees, slow retrieval of data and an ineffective method of attracting potential clients. The proposed solution was positioned within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) domain and was developed as a web-based solution catering to the organization?s needs and it includes functionalities such as the registration of users, placement of inquiries, management of client accounts, services and projects as well as generation of required management reports. This dissertation details the analysis, design, implementation and evaluation of the solution for Triple-A Management Consortium Pvt. Ltd, which was developed using PHP, MySQL and hosted using WAMP server.
